This disclosure is provided under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (15 U.S.C. section 1693 et seq.) and Regulation E (12 C.F.R. Part 1005). It applies to electronic fund transfers ("EFTs") to or from a consumer account initiated through Milli features that move money, such as Milli Tax Vault transfers and Milli Elite Card transactions, when such features become available. Where a partner bank holds your account, these rights are provided by that bank, and Milli assists in delivering them.
1. Types of Transfers
You may be able to make: transfers between your connected external bank account and your Milli-associated account; scheduled automatic transfers to Milli Tax Vault; Milli Elite Card point-of-sale purchases; and, where offered, ATM withdrawals and tax payment transfers. Transaction limits and fees will be disclosed in your account agreement or the Cardholder Agreement.
2. Documentation
You can view transaction history in the Milli app at any time. You will receive a periodic statement electronically for each month in which an EFT occurs, and at least quarterly otherwise.
3. Preauthorized Transfers
You may stop a preauthorized recurring transfer by notifying us at least three business days before the scheduled transfer through the app or at support@drivemilli.com. If we fail to stop a payment you ordered properly and in time, we will be liable for your losses or damages.
4. Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers
Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your card, device, or credentials have been lost or stolen, or that an unauthorized transfer has occurred. Contacting us immediately is the best way to keep your possible losses down. - If you tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you can lose no more than $50. - If you do NOT tell us within 2 business days, and we can prove we could have stopped the unauthorized use if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500. - If your statement shows transfers you did not make, tell us at once. If you do not tell us within 60 days after the statement was made available to you, you may not get back any money lost after the 60 days if we can prove we could have stopped the transfers had you told us in time.
If a good reason (such as a long trip or hospital stay) kept you from telling us, we will extend the time periods. Milli Elite Card transactions processed on the Visa network may also be covered by Visa's Zero Liability policy, subject to its terms.
5. How to Report
- In the app: Settings, then Security, then Report a Problem
- Email: support@drivemilli.com
- Phone: (888) 645-5114, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM ET
6. Error Resolution Notice
In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers, contact us as soon as you can if you think your statement or receipt is wrong, or if you need more information about a transfer. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we made available the FIRST statement on which the problem appeared. Tell us: (1) your name and account number; (2) the error or transfer you are unsure about, and why you believe it is an error; and (3) the dollar amount of the suspected error.
If you tell us orally, we may require that you send your complaint in writing within 10 business days. We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days (20 business days for new accounts) after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, we may take up to 45 days (90 days for new accounts, point-of-sale, or foreign-initiated transfers) to investigate. If we do, we will provisionally credit your account within 10 business days (20 for new accounts) for the amount you think is in error, so that you have use of the money during the investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint in writing and do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account.
We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents we used in our investigation.
7. Our Liability
If we do not complete a transfer on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages, subject to the exceptions in Regulation E (for example, insufficient funds, system malfunctions you knew about, or circumstances beyond our control).
8. Confidentiality
We will disclose information to third parties about your account or transfers only as described in our Privacy Policy and GLBA Privacy Notice.
9. Complaints
