Milli is not a bank, a licensed financial advisor, a registered investment adviser, a broker-dealer, an insurance agency, a CPA firm, or a law firm. Milli is not a bank. Milli is not FDIC insured. 1. Informational Purposes Only

All content, tools, calculations, estimates, scores, insights, and Milli AI responses provided through the Milli apps, drivemilli.com, emails, and social channels (collectively, "Information") are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Information is not, and should not be relied on as, financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or insurance advice, and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial product. The Milli Tax Vault, quarterly tax estimates, Tax Ready Score, mileage logs, and expense categorization are tools designed to help you organize and plan. Estimates are based on the information available to Milli and on general tax rules, may not reflect your full circumstances, and may differ from your actual tax liability. Milli's automatic annual tax filing feature (Elite plan) includes electronic filing of returns. Electronic filing is available through Milli. Tax Vault, quarterly estimates, and the Tax Ready Score are available now as automation and calculation tools.

4. Investing and Retirement

Retirement and investing insights and planning tools, Milli Cents offer estimates, and Tree of Life planning insight are educational. Retirement and investing features are coming and are not yet available. Milli does not provide investment advice, manage money, hold funds, or open 401(k) or brokerage accounts. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Milli is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Any brokerage, advisory, or retirement account services, where offered, are provided by separately registered third-party partners and are subject to their own disclosures.
