1. About the Card
The Milli Elite Card is a Visa debit card issued by a partner bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. Milli is not a bank; Milli provides the program and app experience. The card is available only to Elite plan members who complete identity verification under our KYC/AML Disclosure and Patriot Act CIP Notice. The card is not a credit card and does not extend credit.
2. Using Your Card
You may use the card anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, up to your available balance and the daily limits disclosed in the app. You may not use the card for illegal transactions or transactions prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may decline transactions to protect your account.
3. Fees
The complete fee schedule will be included in the final Cardholder Agreement and displayed in the app before activation. Milli intends the card to have no monthly card fee for Elite members. Out-of-network ATM operators may charge their own fees.
4. Liability for Unauthorized Transactions
Your liability for unauthorized electronic fund transfers is limited under Regulation E as described in our Regulation E Disclosure: no more than $50 if you notify us within 2 business days of learning of the loss or theft, up to $500 if you notify us later, and potentially unlimited for transfers appearing on a statement you do not report within 60 days. In addition, Visa's Zero Liability policy may protect you from unauthorized transactions processed on the Visa network, subject to its terms.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card is lost or stolen, or you suspect unauthorized use: 1. Lock your card instantly in the Milli app under Cockpit, then Card, then Lock Card; 2. Report it in the app or by calling (888) 645-5114; and 3. Review recent transactions and report any you did not authorize.
We will cancel the compromised card and issue a replacement.
6. Disputes and Error Resolution
You may dispute a transaction in the app or by contacting support@drivemilli.com. Your error resolution rights, including investigation timelines and provisional credit, are described in our Regulation E Disclosure. For disputes with a merchant about goods or services, you may also have chargeback rights under Visa network rules.
7. Visa Network Rules
Card transactions are subject to the rules of the Visa network, including rules on authorization holds, refunds, foreign transactions, and chargebacks. Transactions in foreign currencies are converted at the rate selected by Visa.
8. Account Statements and Communications
Statements and notices will be provided electronically under our E-SIGN Consent.
9. Privacy
The issuing bank's privacy notice and Milli's GLBA Privacy Notice describe how your information is collected and shared.
10. Closing Your Card
You may close your card at any time. We or the issuing bank may suspend or close your card as permitted by law. Any remaining balance will be returned to you.
11. Disputes with Milli
Disputes are resolved as described in our Arbitration Agreement, except as otherwise provided in the final Cardholder Agreement.
